There are two ways that we can try to help you: Leveraging the collective knowledge of the global community
1. Ask the Global KM Community
By posting your request on this website for all to see. If anybody in the global community feels they can help they will respond back to you by making comments. This will also build a knowledge repository that we will summarize, develop and freely publish, in a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page.

2. Ask the Knowledge Management Online Team
By completing the 'How Can We Help' form. Members of the Knowledge Management Online Team will do their best to try to help you.
Please take a few minutes and tell us what you really want - what your information and knowledge management needs and issues really are, and what you are ideally looking for!
Then, we will all respond to you online as fast as we can!
