I love working in and around knowledge management as it is fascinating in terms of how people behave in terms of sharing their tacit knowledge, helping others and enable innovation to be much more significant.

I've worked as a knowledge manager and as a KM consultant, doing both in the private and then public sector in the UK.

I'm interested in sharing ideas with other KM practitioners about how to develop a knowledge sharing culture - the organisation I work for now (Tribal) has a new vision/tag line - "Collaboration - Stroner Together" which I think is spot on in terms of the benefits we can gain by working in this way. Trouble is no one really wants to - cultural barriers are strong.
