Dr Ann Hylton

Dr Ann Hylton has authored her first KM/K-Audit paper since coming back from her 3-year KM consultancy break earlier this year.

The paper is titled: "KM READINESS ASSESSMENT is Essential in a KM and Knowledge AUDIT Initiative" (June 2008).

Dr Hylton is a world acclaimed author of a number of papers on the importance of the knowledge audit to successful KM planning and implementation. She is one of the few specialist knowledge auditors, and is the developer of the world renowned KeKma-Audit, a comprehensive knowledge audit methodology, system and tool.
