Hi Everyone,

I'm a rookie in KM and work for a NSE listed KPO. My key interests include Intranet development, identifying competencies and filling any value gaps with MDPs, content management and knowledge capture audits.

I'm also the moderator of "KM Community - Mumbai"

The primary objective of KM Community - Mumbai is to bring together KM practitioners so as to leverage the collective knowledge of the community members. The group meets once a month at the office premises of one of the community members.

The forum would facilitate collaborative learning and experiential knowledge sharing around KM strategies, best practices, methodologies, tools, and techniques.

KM departments of organizations in verticals of IT, consulting and previous MAKE (Most Admired Knowledge Enterprises) award winners have joined hands in the initiative.
