Hello and welcome to Knowledge-Management-Online.com, the open source website for KM education, KM consulting methodologies, KM processes, KM tools and techniques. My name is Ron Young and I have been a Knowledge Management practitioner and consultant since 1993. I was, from 1993 to 2006, the CEO of Knowledge Associates Ltd, the first strategic partner for Knowledge-Management-Online.com to donate its KM education and KM consulting Methods to the open source KM practitioner community, and I am glad to be one of the founder members of this new site. During the coming months Knowledge-Management-Online.com will be adding further strategic partners from around the world to provide you with the latest and the best in open source Knowledge Management. In the next few months I will also be introducing you to a team of leading Knowledge Management practitioners and consultants who will also be contributing their knowledge, expertise and experiences to Knowledge-Management-Online.com. Personally, I have had the privilege of working with many organisations around the world in most industry sectors, private and public. I have been teaching Knowledge Management in hundreds of workshops, seminars and conferences, and developing strategies and implementing new processes, methods, techniques and technologies to help knowledge driven organisations better achieve their objectives through more effective Knowledge Management.
