Knowledge management process involves following strategic decision about which elements of intellectual capital to invest in. These elements are human capital (individual capabilities), structural capital (organization’s processes, systems and procedures- every thing that remains in a firm after its employees go home) and social capital (capacity for groups to collaborate and work together).
