It has to be 5 stars for this one!
by: Ron Young

I will start off by personally rating this 5 stars.

In all the KM seminars and workshops that I have run around the world, this KM definition has had the greatest impact, by far!

I think it also says, in a very simple, yet profound way, that knowledge in all organisations is fragmented and therefore suggests the potential for what effective KM can do.

To me knowledge management is the usable concentration of knowledge and experiences in life in a formal and lifelike manner on consistent bases to effect in considerable improvements in organizational outputs.
