kanak is an engineer with 27 years experience in an Engineering Organization. He has worked for American and now working for Danish company from Chennai, India.
He has developed a model to capture Implicit/tacit Knowledge in an engineering project applications as part of his doctoral work. this tool shall be most specific for the company which design and supply machinery for process industries.
