Knowledge Management is a discipline that is used to capture information or knowledge from different departments within the organisation. The information or knowledge captured:
(1) Has to be assessed, verified against the standards, policy, procedures setup by the Knowledge Manager before it is published.
(2) Has to be centralised in repository DB, accessible timeously, editable.
