Knowledge Management is closely related to Change Management. These two concepts are interrelated and integrated and are like twins and they cannot be seperated from one another. Today an individual is like an Institution and an Institution is like an Individual. KM by an individual will certainly affect the institution and the change occuring in an institution will modify an individual's KM.
