Knowledge management is not only sharing the existing knowledge. Human brain is an big asset so, we have to share, explore, learn, and put in use new ideas so that the common goal can be achieved. Km has to be implemented in all the areas so that the negative thoughts will get washed out and a new and clean path can be routed for the organisation success.
