KM in three parallel steps
by Joerg Wittkewitz
The Management of knowledge is divided into three parts:
KM is an organizational theory and practice of bringing in individual knowing and knowldege into a collective liability
KM provides means for more precise and pro-active usage of stored information and gate-keeping techniques inside intra/extra/internet
KM defines departmental-specific needs for jobs in terms of the team, the business objectives and future trends and it helps finding employees that can stimulate and inspire these teams.
