Creativity in Knowledge Management
by: Khadija Khan

Cause effect relationship puts knowledge management into logical framework whereas we have to keep the creativity, vision, experimenting and dialogue open for new horizons of knowledge.
Although, one benefits from both approaches.
For example, I am engaged many a times to receive ideas from a diverse group of people on how they plan, organize, implement, monitor and evaluate their projects in the field. Their written accoutns are far from the logical planning approaches provided in training manuals. There is always a personal touch of the project team in each experience shared.
