KM Policies for Knowledge Transfer

Dear all.

I am working at a big IT company in Brazil as coordinator for the Knowledge Management project, and I need to write all the KM policies and procedures such as knowledge transfer policy, information security policy, documents management policy, colaborative policy, innovation policy, KM career plan, etc.

Any information, documents, articles, whatever you have and can provide will be useful and help me a lot.
