Knowledge Management - Who, What, When, Why, and How

Who? Any organization or group of people working towards a common goal or set of goals. What? Knowledge Management is the creation, collection, storage, analysis, and dissemination of information. When? The process is on-going, dynamic, and continues for the life of the group or organization. Why? For the purpose of furthering the collective goals of the group and increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of individuals working within the group. How? That is entirely debatable.
