Knowledge Management are the practices and procedure &management of these practices and procedures enabling individuals, teams and entire organisations to collectively and systematically identify, create, represent, distribute, share and make best use of knowledge to achieve their objectives individually or collectively effectively and efficiently.
The knowledge assets may be tangible or intangible, i.e, Tacit or Explicit.
