I am a Certified Knowledge Manager Washington DC with work over 25 years and managerial and technical experience in development covering Asia and Africa.

Conducted report on KM/KS in a African trade project by assessing portals applied in USAID, W Bank, ADB and other UN agencies.

Developing mKM the new KM where mobile is the future for sharing information as mobile enterprise application.

Worked in 15 countries applying techical expertise as education with Masters Science in Operations Research, Masters Public Administration and PhD Public Administration:Technology Management.
