Looking for consultant

A government organization in Kuwait has a knowldge management initiative. They hired a specialzied consulting company who gave them a study that includes all the new processes and basis to implement knowldge managment.

Now they are looking for a consultant/s to help them implement the study before they go ahead with an automated solution.
