Knowledge has increasingly been embeded in running of organizations,especially with the benefits that it offers wheneffectively implemented in a firm. With time,it has been perceived to be a critical factor when formulating strategies that are geared towards attaining a firms strategic intent and relevance to the environment in which it exists.
