I work for The Smart Cube as a KM specialist. Knowledge Mapping and Audit is of interest to me. Planning, developing and implementing KM are the ones that I enjoy most. I am about to implement KM and going to work thru Integrating KM with other departments and process alignment and people aspects.

Hi am Sunil Kumar I work as a Group Lead for KM Department in one of the BPOs in Bangalore. I manage a KM Portal, I am into web designing also. Currently I handle the intranet alone and have been the part of the core KM team right from the day when the idea of KM was still in discussion.

It is good and also a challenge to develop KM from scratch. One has to have a clear picture of the organisation and their areas etc. All the best.
